Dispatch

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are packed the same business day. Anything after that goes out the next business day. You will get a tracking number as soon as the label is scanned, not when it is created.

Packaging

Everything ships sealed and discreet. There is no branding on the outer box and nothing on the label identifies the contents. The batch COA is included inside.

Transit

Transit time depends on destination and the carrier’s own network. Tracking is the authoritative source once a parcel is moving — we see the same scans you do.

Problems

If tracking stalls for more than a few days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and photographs where relevant. Claims are easier to resolve early.

Age verification

This is a 21+ product. Orders may require age confirmation on delivery, and we will not redirect a parcel to a third party after dispatch.
