Official Snow Cap Weed Delivery Policy
Every order placed at snowcapweed.com is sent by tracked priority service. Most parcels reach the doorstep within 2–3 working days of dispatch, and deliveries heading to rural or remote addresses can take up to 5 working days depending on the route.
Orders placed before our 2:00pm cut-off on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Anything ordered after that, at a weekend or on a public holiday goes out on the next working day. As soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier you will receive full tracking details by email, so you can follow it from our bench to your door.
We ship coast to coast across the states listed above. Every order travels in plain outer packaging — no branding, no product names, no imagery and nothing on the label that hints at what is inside.
Order Processing
Orders are picked, checked and sealed by hand before they leave. If you have not received tracking within one working day of your order being confirmed, get in touch and we will chase it up.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, public holidays and carrier backlogs can all add a day or two, and none of those are within our control.
Discreet Packaging
Discretion is the default on every order, not an upgrade. Boxes are unbranded, the sender name on the label is generic, and there is no cannabis imagery anywhere on the outside. Nobody handling your parcel can tell what it holds.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We dispatch to the address supplied on the order and cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us. Orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not covered.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for five working days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Carriers usually require a short investigation window before a parcel can be declared lost.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. What happens next is set out in our Refund Policy.
